This white blend is made from two grapes Palomino 80% and Malvasia Bianca 20% grown here in Contra Costa County, California. Palomino makes it soft and easy to drink, and Malvasia adds a pretty, flowery scent. Serve it chilled.
Taste: Light and fresh, with pear, a little peach, and the scent of white flowers.
Pair it with: grilled fish, roast chicken, a fresh salad, or a soft goat cheese, seafood, light pasta, or cheese and fruit.
